The Transportation Commission will hold an Executive Session at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2004, in the Secretary's Conference Room (Room 1D7), of the Transportation Building, 310 Maple Park Avenue SE, Olympia, WA, to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency, litigation, or potential litigation, to which the Commission or Department is, or is likely to become a party, per RCW 42.30.110 (1) (i).

The Transportation Commission will have a lunch meeting at 12:00 p.m., on Wednesday, February 18, 2004, with Tri-Association representatives in the Shaman Conference Room (2F22) of the Transportation Building, 310 Maple Park Avenue SE, Olympia, WA, to discuss transportation issues.
