The Washington State Transportation Commission will be holding a special meeting by phone on Friday, September 28th from 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. The agenda of this special meeting is limited to one item - they will be receiving a recommendation from the Commission's Ferry User Survey Team regarding the selection of a consultant to conduct the Commission's ferry user survey. The Commission will be expected to either accept or reject the team's recommendation.
This meeting will be conducted as a conference call so if you would like to listen in as an audience member, you may do so by calling 1-605-772-3200. When prompted, enter the following pin number: 404317#
After entering the pin number, you will join the conference call. The Commission will not be taking public testimony or comment at this special meeting so please be advised that if you choose to join in on the call, we'd ask that you place your phone on "mute" so as to ensure there is no disruption to the meeting.
If you do not have access to a phone line with long distance service but would like to listen in on the meeting, you may come to the Commission's administrative offices to do so. However, because there is limited space in our conference room, please let us know in advance if you plan on coming to our offices. Our physical address is:
