Tolling on the SR 520 Bridge started on December 29, 2011. As you pass through the tolling area (center of bridge deck) the system automatically detects your "Good To Go" pass (transponder) or license plate going both directions.  The proper amount is deducted from your "Good To Go" tolling account. Those without a pass such as visitors or other infrequent users will be billed by mail.  For more information watch the video, or visit Good To Go to see how tolling works on the SR 520 Bridge.

Enhanced transit service is offered for the SR 520 corridor, creating more opportunities to take the bus instead of driving across the bridge. To find out if your specific needs can be met by transit, check out King County Metro Trip Planner and Sound Transit Trip Planner.

WSDOT has produced a video on SR 520 tolling which provides answers to the most frequently asked questions.  The video is designed to give drivers a better idea of how SR 520 tolling works, the benefits of setting up a Good To Go! account and how WSDOT is working to ease congestion on the busy corridor.

Watch the video on YouTube or Windows Media Player.
